Terms and Conditions apply. Plans and subscriptions are only valid for the times stated on each. They may be able to be extended, but this will need to be agreed with The Sports Rehab Clinic directly. If you do not use all your plan in the allocated time frame, you may lose your appointments. Our standard T&Cs apply for cancelled appointments and no shows will be charged as a full session.
